Jeremy Friedman represented a developer of new O’Reilly Auto Parts stores who had three projects underway at once. The client desired to sell the properties at the current market rates, in order to lock in their profits before the market moved.  Friedman marketed this pre-construction portfolio to his network and database of investors, ultimately securing a contract for all three properties.

The pre-construction status of the projects, different delivery times, multiple locations and meticulous institutional buyer made the process tedious and complicated; however, Friedman’s work allowed his client to tap into the capital markets during the pre-construction phase of their projects and lock in profits without concern for interest rate risk.
