New apartment complex opens in Foley

The Reserve of Foley, a 288-unit luxury apartment project will open Oct. 1 at 21450 Baldwin County 12 in Foley, according to Gulfbelt Properties, the Mobile-based management company for the development. The 20-acre site is near the Foley Beach Express and the Park at OWA. The gated complex includes one, -two, and -three-bedroom units, and amenities such as saltwater zero entry pool, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, walking trail, boat storage, sports fields and children’s playground.

Ohana Poke’ restaurant has leased 1,264 square feet of space in PORTICO, a mixed-use development under construction at 561 Fairhope Ave., in downtown Fairhope, according to Jeff Barnes of Stirling Properties, who handled the lease. Ohana Poke’ features Hawaiian cuisine and is scheduled to open early next year. ServisFirst Bank has also leased space in the building. PORTICO will ultimately include businesses and upscale condominiums on the 3.5 acre site fronting Fairhope Avenue.

Courtyard Café has leased 1,881 square feet in The Shoppes at Brookley, a retail center at 1976 Michigan Ave., at the entrance to Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley, according to Amanda Goldman andNathan Handmacher of Stirling Properties. The home-style cooking café is scheduled to open in December.

TWC Services has leased a 5,000-square-foot office warehouse in Triangle Business Park on Tufts Road off Rangeline Road in Mobile, according to Lewis H. Golden of Hamilton & Company, who represented the business park owner. Triangle Business Park is now 100 percent leased. TWC Services provides HVAC, refrigeration, commercial cooking equipment, and beverage maintenance and service throughout Florida and Georgia.

Tool Expo plans to open next month in a 3,900-square-foot office warehouse at 2471 E. Nine Mile Road in Pensacola, according to Vallas Realty.

Eagle Market Makers has leased 2,300 square feet of office space in the Riverview Plaza Office building on Royal Street in downtown Mobile, according to Lewis H. Golden of Hamilton & Company, who represented the tenant. Gavin Bender Jr. of Bender Real Estate Group worked for the landlord.

Signarama, an international, full-service sign and printing company, has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 2127 Hickory St., in Loxley, according to Andrew Dickman of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. Local franchisee, Terry Bowen, plans to start construction soon on the Loxley store.

Labcorp, Inc. has leased 1,500 square feet of office space in Uptown Plaza on E. 20th Avenue in Gulf Shores, according to David Milsteadof Bellator Real Estate & Development, who represented the tenant. Stacey Ryals of Hosteeva Realty and managing partner for Uptown Plaza Company, worked for the owner.
